  • Often times insurance companies issue payments to the insured driver for the initially estimated repair costs. We are able to accept these checks as payment toward the total cost of the repairs. If you have already cashed the check, that amount would be owed by you when you pick up your vehicle.

  • Your deductible is payable to us, and is due when you pick up your vehicle after the repairs have been completed.

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by the vehicle's manufacturer, while aftermarket parts are new parts produced by other companies. Used parts are parts that have been salvaged from other vehicles.
